Conor McGregor derrotado ante Nate Díaz

Los índices de audiencia de la UFC no paran de crecer en USA. Los ciclos de reinado de sus estrellas son cortos, no es como el boxeo donde normalmente cada campeón del mundo sólo disputa un combate al año. Aquí cada pocos meses los luchadores tiene que pasar una reválida con nuevos aspirantes. Este fin de semana el campeón más mediático de la UFC, el irlandés Conor McGregor cayó derrotado en un sangriento combate ante Nate Díaz.

Así fue el final del combate, con la estrangulación que terminó por darle la victoria.

Tras la derrota, Conor McGregor publicó en su Instagram un texto en el que aceptaba la derrota. Anunció que volverá y aprovechó para llamar pussy (‘marica’) a Aldo y Dos anjos (dos luchadores que le insultaron vía twitter) :

I stormed in and put it all on the line. I took a shot and missed. I will never apologize for taking a shot. Shit happens. I'll take this loss like a man. I will not shy away from it. I will not change who I am. If another champion goes up 2 weights let me know. If your tired of me talking money, take a nap. I'll still be here when you wake up with the highest PPV and the gate.
